RR08- Chapter 9 - 10

In chapter 9 talked about the trends for design groups and how some companies delivering unique ideas like Nokia and chapter 10 talked about the two different themes in design that cannot remain isolated.  I think that in this book was totally different from the previous. I enjoyed more reading Cradle to Cradle than Design a very short introduction by John Heskett.
